The order I initially made was delivered incomplete. I contacted the company and they made it right. Mistakes happen, but they were fixed with no problems.

I have had limited use of my left hand due to arthritis, of course I’m left handed ! I was ready to try anything ! So Glad I did ! It’s been 2 weeks, I drink the water 3 times a day & I was actually able to hold my dog’s leash in my left hand today !! I have also noticed less stress in my stomach. I have been spreading the word to my friends !

This company is very good quality bottles! I bought 6 for Christmas gift for all my family to keep them with good quality water!I always take bottles with me on holiday trips! I really don’t recommend to drink water from plastic bottles! You will get illnesses! Highly recommend this company for quality of water! Many thanks

My husband swears by the benefits of this water bottle. He told me to use it while he was away, and it fell off the counter and now won’t seal 100%. Customer service is replacing the water bottle for free after verifying his purchase. If it gets here before he gets home, I’ll be golden! Exceptional customer service by hydroh. Thank you!

I was really starting to feel benefits of loss of fluid retention and just more energy and I broke my bottle and I sent an email to the company to see if they would be willing to send me a new bottle even though it’s not part of the warranty because of the way I broke my bottle. They’re still willing to send me a replacement bottle Glass bottle so that I could continue having benefits from the Hydro water. I’m very appreciative.
