I read a lot of the reviews before I purchased my Hydroh bottle and the tablets. It came early than I expected. Which was great!. I'm keeping a record on my journey, so I can post it at my at my place of business.. Great so far... Pam

I ripped off the start button by mistake and couldn’t get it back on well enough to operate bottle. After much back and forth they sent me a new bottle. Customer service would not give up until I was satisfied. Instructions leave a lot to be desired: 1)print too small and the before use guide is almost non-legible. White print on blue is not a good combination 2) step 3 of section before use - bottle will turn blue when fully charged. It never did after an extended charge time. Only green. 3) not to rip off start button is not clear enough. maybe put in Begire use guide in large bold lettering. 4) no mention in begire use guide of removing inside plug. Did notice on replacement bottle there was a tape over plug saying remove before use. Good improvement. When I removed the plug on second bottle I noticed water in the filter well. Normal? Again mention that if normal. 5) seal on first bottle didn’t stay in place. See on second bottle that the clear seal is inside the lid. Much improved. 6) would be helpful to mention how many bottles of water is recommended for maximum results 7) good idea to offer a free return label for product. If I would have purchased this product through Amazon there is a no hassle return. Not sure I can give this product 5 stars until I experience results but your customer service is second to non. Direct communication until I was satisfied means sooo much.

I had a problem with the power switch. I wrote to the Hydrobottle company, and they were always very prompt in replying to all my messages, as well as in rectifying my problem. To whoever reads this message. I can honestly tell you that this company cares about your health and is backed by a second-to-none customer service.

Good product love the clean refreshing water with no chemical taste. I contacted customer services for more information that is not included with the product and had a quick reply from Meliska with the information I requested, be a good idea to include this info with the product Hydroh. I initially ordered three-Hydroh Water Bottles [1-wife; 1-teen daughter and 1-myself]. However my order arrived incomplete,received only two of three Bottles ordered.
