I am glad I came across this bottle at a time that I am experiencing numbness and knee pain due to chemotherapy. I have been drinking water from the bottle following the cycle to make the water "hydrogen water" and there is a significant change, knee pain has stopped and I know as I continued everything will be completely gone. Thank u Hydroh.

I was very pleased witht the prompt service and the caring attitude taken by Amelia in the Support staff. I offered some pointers that new users would ask and it was well received. I had a concern about the output of my bottle and asked if a replacement could be arranged. Without hesitation and with concern the customer service gladly offered a replacement. I am looking forward to being a part of the "Hydroh" family and use the product for many years to come!!

There was an issue with my order that was not the fault of Hydroh. I contacted Hydroh Customer Service asking for options. The initial confirmation of my request and followup Customer Service responses were very timely. Hydro’s actions fully addressed my issue.
