Hi,it took a while but I am getting positive results from my Hydroh Bottle. I was suffering from Both shoulders and arms,possibly para myalgia rheumatica and now the pain has greatly diminished. The skin on my Arms seems to be clearing up; I am very happy with my purchase,Henry
