Absolutely awful! Do not order from this company! It’s nothing but a scam. Customer service is a joke. I made an order almost a month ago and had spent £100+ on a water bottle with accessories for my fathers birthday and it still hasn’t showed up. Make sure to read all the reviews on here because they have put the one stars way down the bottom of the pile so that all you can see is the good. And I have noticed their response to everyone who has complained to them is almost identical!

The bottle took quite a long time to arrive but when it did eventually arrive , seems to be working ok. The instructions on charging the bottle could be better. As I’ve only been using it a few days, I can’t really comment on whether it’s made any difference to my health. I’m hoping it will and if so , I will recommend it to others.

When I ordered my hydro bottle I had delivery instructions that I added and your customer service was on the money you got back to me the same day that I very much appreciate especially at this time of the year thank you

I feel what made the difference in this whole transaction, is the professionalism, courtesy and speed in which your company delivered. I was getting a bit concerned when the product that I ordered didn't get shipped to my address as promised. All it took was one email to you and my order was delivered in 2 days. I would like to that all of you who had a part in this for it to be a successful ending. I recommend this to as many people as I can. Again, thank you! Bought 3 bottles, last one came in prior to holiday, no washer ring , contacted service via email, followed req User to send video , no follow- up to date to rectify .. hope you don’t have an issues customer service is not a priority! Should have taken care of this immediately for a customer that bought 3 bottles..

In my personal opinion, I think it's a great product, my darlin wife actually purchased this and never had the opportunity to use it before her passing of cancer. So, I opened the package and have been using it daily.

Amazing Customer Service and Good Product! I ordered two bottles and both of them worked fine for a few months. Later, one bottle started to show constant blue light even when it was off. I did put this issue through the company and the very next day I got the response from this lovely lady Amelia and the company replaced it with a brand new bottle! Amelia was absolutely helpful and so fast with her responses! Super impressed. This is what we call problem-solving and excellent customer service where they have customer-first values! Would definitely recommend! 🙌🏻
