The time to get the product seemed long, and the instructions for charging and using it were vague. After speaking to customer service and sorting out the issues, the bottle has been wonderful. I sprained my knee right about the time that I started using it and it helped with the swelling of the knee and the arthritis in my hands. I have been using it faithfully for a couple of months and I dropped and shattered the bottle. While I am getting it replaced, my knee has started swelling an hurting again. I was also very tired and actually took a nap for the first time in a couple of months. I don't think that it is a coincidence. I borrowed the bottle from my daughter that I had given her and I will return it when I get my replacement.

They've satisfied all my needs when, after I received & began using the bottle, I accidentally dropped it & the glass bottle that was tucked securely in the carry sleeve, shattered. I reached out to customer service via email & got the reply that I had hoped for. Thank you!

The ordering process was a bit confusing.In mid-Nov 2025 I added items after placing an order and each time I was offered a 30-day supply of hydrogen tablets which would then be sent as 90-day supply as a subscription. . I thought only 1 would be sent as part of the total order. Instead (4) 30-tablet packages showed up. I immediately tried to log in to manage the subscription as there was no way we would need that many hydrogen tablets. I was not able to log in with my email address or my husband's...I then sent an email to customer service requesting immediate cancelation of any and all subscriptions of the hydrogen tablets as we couldn't log in to the site to manage. I received a response back that everything was canceled. No one ever addressed why neither of our emails worked on their site. On Dec 5th, after checking my PayPal and my husband's, we had been charged a total of 3x $108+ for 9-day supply of hydrogen tablets. I once again contacted Hydroh and got loads of apologies and that it was fixed and they had messed up. I would be refunded after sending the product back. I would have to pay for the return shipping as their practices have no provisions that allow for them to pay for return shipping. How is that even possible. If you are a business that deals primarily by shipping products, you have to be prepared to pay for returns when you mess up. I am going to dispute the transactions on PayPal as I am not willing to spend $80 on return shipping for products that should have never been sent to me. I purposely ordered from Hydroh directly instead of buying through a 3d party seller because I did my research reading Trust Pilot and other independent reviews. I am very disappointed. Lo and behold, I just checked email for dates and wouldn't you know it Hydroh sent 3 more orders out. So much for customer service and assurances of having fixed the issue. Yes, I once again emailed customer service. I found a phone number but it just tells you to email. Note to self: if a merchant/business/seller doesn't want to talk to me, I don't want to do business with them.

I won't speak to the quality of the product as I haven't used it yet, but based on all the research I did when choosing which bottle to go with, I'm not anticipating any issues. I will say however, the customer service has been top notch. I reached out via email and within a couple days I received a professional response and Customer Care Team member looked after me, more than I was expecting.

It’s a little premature of me to give a review as I have only been using the product a week, but I remain optimistic. The customer service was excellent and that gives me great confidence in the product.

Hrydrohbottle has the best customer service overall, Very fast response and customer care above other brands. Will surely purchase more products … Really like how hydrogen info is explained thoroughly. And warranty coverage is guaranteed. Mahalo from Hawaii !
