Besides the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water, the Hydroh Bottle really helps me drink water. I contracted customer service on occasions and the experiences I had were wonderful. The customer service team definitely goes out of the way to make things right and values their customers.

Where do I start! I love this bottle, i used to take tablets but have found having this bottle has me consuming more water then i normally would. When the bottle is next to me it drive me to fill it, start it up, and then drink it all. I cannot recommend this bottle enough. I will also say the customer service has been awesome. One of the two bottle i ordered would not hold a charge. I reached out the the customer service rep (Amelia) who assisted me with some trouble shooting and within 48 hours, resolved my issue and had replacement bottle ordered wihtin 8 hours. This company to me is the standard of qaulity control, and customer support.

My experience with the Hydroh Bottle I was pleasantly surprised by the way i felt drinking the hydroh water i started to feel the benefit during the second week ...i even started sleeping much better i would recommend it to my friends and family.

The product, the bottles, are very good. No problems. I had even broken a bottle and contacted the company to buy a replacement glass. The do not have replacements which does seem rather odd. However, they sent me a complete new bottle! My last experience was one of company practice. Totally disagree with the business practice. After my first order of 4 bottles, I was sent a 15% off coupon for my next order. Wanting to purchase 2 bottles as a gift, I tried to use my coupon. Not accepted. It took a while to get the matter resolved, but it finally was just a few days ago. Here’s the issue: bottles are already discounted (if you ever have purchased, you know the more you buy, the lower the price, AND you always see “this offer will be gone in 3 days” or something along that line). So, they will not honor the coupon they issued! I find this to be dishonest. Finally, the resolution was that I order the bottles and then I would be reimbursed for the discount. They did so, but what a round about it took to get it! Buyer beware if you have ever received a coupon for later purchase!

Hydroh was a gift. I am 78 and HAD drapey skin from losing a lot of weight. The multitude of little creases was so ugly and embarrassing, I wore long sleeves always. After just two weeks my skin is getting smoother. I am in short sleeves again! Hydroh really works!
