The customer service has been great! Following a snafu with shipping around the holidays, NOT at the fault of Hydroh, they quickly reshipped my order. Appreciate that! I'm now enjoying my water bottle and excited to see the coming benefits.

Shipping was fast! I have only been drinking for 3 weeks but feeling great drinking the water! Had to use customer service for a small issue and they were kind and very helpful !!! Get your water bottle and start drinking healthy.

I had a couple of questions and was immediately given the answer. I love my water bottle. Somehow the water is always cold. It comes apart for easy washing.

I was impressed with hydrobottle’s prompt response to my inquiry. Unfortunately the instructions were difficult to read and did not answer several of my questions. A quick text to hydro allayed my concerns about the liquid in the bottom of the bottle and difference between the green light and the blue light. Kudos for a prompt response.

Hydro bottle gave me the best experience ever I had told them I broke one bottle and the other one was stolen and for no cost at all they sent me a new bottle it's the best company I've ever dealt with in my life I'm so happy thank you hydro bottle!! Now I can get back to drinking nice pure and energetic water!!

I ordered 2 Hydroh bottles for me and the wife. After waiting 2 months i put a comment on social media about not receiving my order thinking it was a scam. I immediatley received a reply from Hydroh and was resent the order which arrived within 2 weeks. I can not thank them enough, there customer service is excelent. P.S the product is brilliant.

I contacted hydroh to see if they offered a replacement glass and if I could buy one. Their representative Amelia sadly said that they didn’t, but would be happy to replace one free of charge. I’ve contacted them before about a discount and they got right back to me and honored that as well. Very good customer service. Thank you so much Hydroh❤️
