Hi Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing the account referenced in your review, the evaluation unfortunately recorded a maximum drawdown breach. In order for an account to move to the funded stage, the profit target must be achieved while all risk parameters remain intact at the same time. If a rule breach occurs, the account becomes ineligible for upgrade even if the profit target had previously been touched. We understand that this can sometimes be confusing, especially when the account balance briefly appears above the target level. Our team has already been in contact with you via email and we’re happy to review the account history together and walk through how the evaluation was processed. Regarding the affiliate payout mentioned in your review, the commission balance on the affiliate dashboard is currently below the minimum withdrawal threshold, which is why a payout has not yet been processed.
