HydollReviews of hydoll.net

Customer service was to the point and friendly when an item was out they gave me options to get what i wanted in similar price ranges. The packing was pristine and unassuming

Experience was nice. I asked for factory photos and got them ( big surprise it's not the same as the photo session.. also another surprise the doll you'll get is close but still not the same as factory photo.) I ordered two dolls and there great in fact I'd like to order one more. Hydoll you listing? Hmu if got one more I want if you can get me the one I want for more that 4% that will be fun lmk.

My experience was great nice product. THANK YOU!

The stock doll came in very quick, their product was exactly what they showed in the images from the customer service. Cheap, affordable. The doll is gorgeous

Package received and is way more enjoyable than expected.😁

Company responsiveness was great, product was received damaged. FedEx did not take care to deliver carefully leading to the metal frame breaking through the shoulder of the product.

Hydoll.net communicated with me over the course of a month when I had an issue. They promptly replied to my emails. This company helped my resolve the issue I experienced so I can fully use the product I purchased. They sent me additional parts to help at no charge to me. Because of this great service after the sale, I will look to hydoll.net first for purchases of this type in the future. 5+ stars. I am a happy customer. Thank you.
