As a first time purchaser, I was really impressed with the responsiveness, guidance and support that I received. Alice was amazing in providing helpful advice and recommendations. She even went so far as to contact other distributors for a similar product with features that I was looking for. That's top notch support. The product was delivered a couple of days sooner than I was anticipating. Packaging was discreet and very secure. The product itself look exactly like the factor pictures. Received factory photos in less than a week from placing the order for confirmation. I'm really happy with the entire process and will be shopping here again.

Experience was nice. I asked for factory photos and got them ( big surprise it's not the same as the photo session.. also another surprise the doll you'll get is close but still not the same as factory photo.) I ordered two dolls and there great in fact I'd like to order one more. Hydoll you listing? Hmu if got one more I want if you can get me the one I want for more that 4% that will be fun lmk.
