Terrible charged me and didn't give me the service they charged me for they also don't comply with european laws like right of withdrawal etc. They also refused to give back the money they charged me and instead gave me credit and no way to get the service I was charged for. They also reported this review claiming it was fake in an attempt to suppress bad reviews I have all the emails to prove this is real.

Decent hosting, wish the CPU wasn't limited, and the North American CPU wasn't diffrent than EU (Premium), am now banned from their discord, for saying I found cheaper VPS (Company name was never said)

Dear Bryson, We understand your frustration and we try our best to keep both regions consistent with the same hardware. We use different providers for both regions which is the main reason the CPU isn't the same. I can check for you if you were banned and unban you if you were banned & we don't ban people for saying they found a cheaper alternative unless the provider is called which we usually warn if it was not the persons intention. Cheap, VERY TRUSTED. They provide a very good technichal support. They answer in aprox. 10 min. (WICH IS VERY GOOD). For real. These guys are very kind, they provide you with usefull info about the service you have bought. A month ago, a HS employee spent like 1-2 hours trying to fix my server! THIS IS SUPER! I am very excited that i found HS. I recommend them for sure!

Aight where can we begin... Have you seen any other hosting service provide such cheap prices for their budget AND premium servers???? I purchased their 10GB premium server at first, it was great. It did have lags (ofc it's 1.14.4) but it held up way better than my pebblehost servers. The dudes at Humble, specially Jake provided an upgrade to Supreme servers and it was even better. Their support is almost instant, legit everyone is up usually around evening EU timing and always reply. Never waited for too long. Best experience so far and I honestly recommend their Premium servers.

I was wary to rent a server from a company that prices its services for an amount that is substantially less than their competition. The control panel is different than most companies. It seems to to be how they can undercut their competition by an amount. It provides you with the capabilities you would expect from any hosting company, but it is harder to get used to. I personally am not a fan of the control panel, but it's good enough for me to not subtract stars from the overall rating. I had an issue installing a modpack on my server, I had contact Humbleserver's support team through Discord and had received a response within 5 minutes. Shortly after, my issue was resolved, and the staff team had gone the extra mile to reinstall the modpack for me. This was by far the best experience I have had with any customer support team. As for the quality of the server, I rented a premium server (dual core) with no shortcoming of RAM. It kept up great, even though I was using the largest modpack to-date (ATM3-Remix). If you are looking for a cheap and reliable host, HumbleServers is where it's at.
