I purchased a server with 6 GB of RAM from this hosting service, and after a few days, I chose the option to stop paying for their services. However, they took the liberty to distort the situation and falsely claim that I selected the immediate cancellation option. I do not recommend using this service.

if you are lucky someone of the support team will answer any of your problems in less than 3 days but of course your subscription time that you paid for is still running. if your problem is not solved you have to wait again untill someone decides to help you :)

Hello Gaston, We understand your frustration and we always aim for a 100% customer satisfaction. It is a shame we weren't able to provide that to you based on your review, if you would like to reach to us and mention the ticket number which is related to this, we will make sure that this will be handled by our team. We have faced a recent increase in our support ticket which is a factor but is not an excuse to provide a bad service to our customers. If you reach out to us we will make sure you are compensated for this issue. Thank you for understanding and wish you the best. Kind Regards, Jake

I have been hosting my servers on-and off at Humble Servers for two years now, and as someone with a deep understanding of how Minecraft servers work, I have been able to optimize my servers and have them run well on an EXTREMELY low budget. But if you are looking for a 1.16+ Vanilla server, you would have to pay at least $8-12/month for a lag-free experience. For the past month or so I have also helped out within the Humble Servers support team in their Discord, they can help you with a lot. However, the Management for Humble Servers is not very serious. I will not go to full detail here, but I was promptly terminated with no exact reason given other than getting a message saying my output was not enough for a support member. The way the support team works is also a bit worrying, you get pushed to do work, and sometimes they expect you to take it as serious as an actual job, while sometimes, they want you to know that it isn't actually a full-time job and that we shouldn't think of it like that. - As a support member was bound to receive $0.20 per ticket by the middle of next month. FYI. ! IMPORTANT EDIT ! Humble has tried every possible way for me to remove my reviews through Trustpilot while they cut all their ties with me. I am certain now that I will not receive anything at all, just because I decided to write an honest review about my experience, stay away from this host - I would say that generally Humble Servers is a great bang for your buck, however I can still not recommend Humble to any of my friends due to the performance and staff issues going on there.

High ping & bad moderation. If you like having 300+ ping on your server this hosting is for you definetly.
Response from Humble ServersJul 20, 2020
Hello Kaspian, The reason why you had bad ping was that you had a North American location and you were located in Eastern Europe. Regarding the moderation, we are sorry but we had to terminate your account after notifying you for over 3 weeks that we got reports from plugin developers that you were using leaked plugins which violated our TOS and reports of you harassing, being impatient, and being rude towards the staff members. You have also opened a dispute after using it for 2 months without having any issues. You are always welcome back if you create a server with no cracked plugins. Kind Regards, Jake, Operations Director

You'll get a better experience elsewhere. The only real good thing about this host is the low price. However, I've been seriously misled by them on a number of levels, which they only partially fixed after someone called them out for it. After searching through all their reviews and posts for any issues, I decided it was a good enough upgrade to switch my entire server network over to this host. After all, their site had listed that they had i7-7700s and NVMe drives for their mid-tier service. It was a significant upgrade over my old host's CPU. However, this wasn't even true. I later learned, 5 days after buying my servers, that the NA Premium node had essentially the same specifications as their Budget service, which their website didn't mention anywhere - a Xeon e5 and normal SATA SSDs. I only learned this after someone asked the owner for full specs of their servers. And this has only been fixed after an argument with their staff in their Discord server between them and another misled client. They also fail to mention that each core they have is very heavily shared between servers, which results in absolutely abysmal performance. I noticed on a lot of their adverts people wondered how they were able to offer such high-powered CPUs for such a low price. However, it's now become clear - they aren't even offering those same CPUs. Furthermore, the CPUs they do have should be able to perform much better than they actually did. I'm assuming they have too many servers sold and running on each CPU, but there's no way to confirm that since they have CPU or RAM usage meters disabled on their status page unlike many other hosts. Now, aside from that, on to the actual service. The performance of the servers I purchased (on the NA Premium plan) was disappointing to say the least. Every other review I've seen says their performance is exceptional, but this just wasn't the case with this host. My old host had a CPU with far worse specs when compared, but yet when testing it started 3-5x faster than HumbleServers on every test, across every server, with the exact same plugins and world installed. It took as long as 5 minutes to start at its worst, when my old host could do a full restart of my servers in a minute or two. Furthermore, I did a bit of a stress test of their service by inviting 10 players to just play survival normally on the server. The TPS was around 10. However, on my old host with the same RAM, it would only start to degrade in performance at 15 people on at once, and still would be around 18 at its lowest. I never got as low as 10 before switching (aside from intensive WorldEdit operations), even with up to 20 people online at once. Not to mention that the price of this host was less than that of the Premium plan I bought here. I'm not too sure how they were able to get such positive reviews in the first place, since I constantly see people complaining about low TPS in their support discord. When they do, they encourage them to just upgrade to a better plan, even though the specifications for even their budget plan should be plenty to run a well-optimized or vanilla server well. Another issue I have is that there are storage caps that they don't tell you about. Retrieving it from the pterodactyl API, the Premium plan caps out at 30GB and the Supreme plan at 50GB (according to someone I know who has it). Just like the server specs, it doesn't list this anywhere on their website, and I only learned it after switching when setting up my pterodactyl API-based Discord bot, and the owner confirmed that they exist when I asked. Their panel is Pterodactyl, which is a plus, but it's themed very badly and takes a long time to load. Switching pages takes up to 5 seconds from my experience, while it's instant on my old host. HumbleServers is a misleading host, and you'll get far better performance almost anywhere else for an equal or even lower price (in my experience).

Bad Hosting, bad support, they have taken my money but cancelled my servers after i asked for refund. Do not use!!!
Response from Humble ServersJul 20, 2020
Hello DominationMC, We have never and will never cancel any server if someone requested a refund unless by opening a dispute which would go against our TOS. If you would like us to investigate and see our logs to verify that your service was canceled when requesting a refund we will compensate you for this because this behavior is not acceptable and nor do we condone it. You should never be banned from requesting something with us. Feel free to open a support ticket or DM me in discord if you don't want to talk to the staff members. :) Kind Regards, Jake, Operations Director
