Misleading and bad performance.
You'll get a better experience elsewhere. The only real good thing about this host is the low price. However, I've been seriously misled by them on a number of levels, which they only partially fixed after someone called them out for it. After searching through all their reviews and posts for any issues, I decided it was a good enough upgrade to switch my entire server network over to this host. After all, their site had listed that they had i7-7700s and NVMe drives for their mid-tier service. It was a significant upgrade over my old host's CPU. However, this wasn't even true. I later learned, 5 days after buying my servers, that the NA Premium node had essentially the same specifications as their Budget service, which their website didn't mention anywhere - a Xeon e5 and normal SATA SSDs. I only learned this after someone asked the owner for full specs of their servers. And this has only been fixed after an argument with their staff in their Discord server between them and another misled client. They also fail to mention that each core they have is very heavily shared between servers, which results in absolutely abysmal performance. I noticed on a lot of their adverts people wondered how they were able to offer such high-powered CPUs for such a low price. However, it's now become clear - they aren't even offering those same CPUs. Furthermore, the CPUs they do have should be able to perform much better than they actually did. I'm assuming they have too many servers sold and running on each CPU, but there's no way to confirm that since they have CPU or RAM usage meters disabled on their status page unlike many other hosts. Now, aside from that, on to the actual service. The performance of the servers I purchased (on the NA Premium plan) was disappointing to say the least. Every other review I've seen says their performance is exceptional, but this just wasn't the case with this host. My old host had a CPU with far worse specs when compared, but yet when testing it started 3-5x faster than HumbleServers on every test, across every server, with the exact same plugins and world installed. It took as long as 5 minutes to start at its worst, when my old host could do a full restart of my servers in a minute or two. Furthermore, I did a bit of a stress test of their service by inviting 10 players to just play survival normally on the server. The TPS was around 10. However, on my old host with the same RAM, it would only start to degrade in performance at 15 people on at once, and still would be around 18 at its lowest. I never got as low as 10 before switching (aside from intensive WorldEdit operations), even with up to 20 people online at once. Not to mention that the price of this host was less than that of the Premium plan I bought here. I'm not too sure how they were able to get such positive reviews in the first place, since I constantly see people complaining about low TPS in their support discord. When they do, they encourage them to just upgrade to a better plan, even though the specifications for even their budget plan should be plenty to run a well-optimized or vanilla server well. Another issue I have is that there are storage caps that they don't tell you about. Retrieving it from the pterodactyl API, the Premium plan caps out at 30GB and the Supreme plan at 50GB (according to someone I know who has it). Just like the server specs, it doesn't list this anywhere on their website, and I only learned it after switching when setting up my pterodactyl API-based Discord bot, and the owner confirmed that they exist when I asked. Their panel is Pterodactyl, which is a plus, but it's themed very badly and takes a long time to load. Switching pages takes up to 5 seconds from my experience, while it's instant on my old host. HumbleServers is a misleading host, and you'll get far better performance almost anywhere else for an equal or even lower price (in my experience).
