Scam-False advertising on money back guarantee
Total scam. Their site offers 60 day money back guarantee. First, the product is cheap and will not help your neck much if at all. I am a 30 year trainer/gym owner. This thing was shocking me when I tried to get it to heat up. Second, they offered a 30% refund but shipping for returns is on the client. Even though they are based on the US, they say their return facility is in Belgium. If you need help with your neck, get a recommendation from a PT or local chiro. This item is crap and a scam.

Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware! Hugterra is a scam and does not hold up their 60 day risk free money back guarantee. I tried to return the item as it was not as promised or advertised. It was actually more painful than relaxing and the features did not work as they were supposed to. I emailed Hugterra customer support, just to be told that the item would have to be returned to an international address(Belgium) which I’m pretty sure isn’t a legit address, and that I would be responsible for the almost $80 return shipping charge. I replied that nowherein their return policy does it state that the return shipping would be to an international address. They replied that to save me on the shipping charges, they would refund me 30% and I keep the massager. I declined, then they offered 50%, I declined and told them they were not upholding their 60 day risk free policy, so I filed a dispute with my financial institution & their investigation found that it was indeed a fraudulent company and a scam.

Hugterra massager review
I ordered the Hugterra massager after viewing the videos and positive reviews. When I orderd the product from an American based company, it took several weeks to a arrive. The company also indicated a 60 day return policy. After using the product for several weeks with no relief, I contacted the company to exercise my return option. However, they never tell you that the return is sent back to the manufacturer which is out of the country and the cost would be excessive. So they said they would credit me 30% of the purchase price instead. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS A SCAM. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CREDIT. Ridiculous response. To have to return it out of the country, when your country located here in the United States is not acceptable. You offer 30% refund, because you know that nobody will want to spend the money or time to send it back. Still waiting for the refund, which I probably won't receive. BUYER BE WARE OF UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY SUCH AS HUGTERRA

This product is garbage
This product is garbage. I can't even open the "view your order" nor the website page any longer. Total scam. There was an email at the bottom of my confirmation page which I sent an email to with no response. I would even take a partial refund but can't even get in touch with the company. Buyers Beware. I will certainly be more diligent next time I order from a random company.

No good return option
‘Hugterra’s website advertises a “60 day moneyback guarantee.” They state that this is a “risk free trial.” I was not satisfied with the device and requested a return; however they stated that I would need to ship to Belgium at my own expense. They offered me a 30% discount. There is nothing risk-free about losing $100 on their product.

This company is a RIP OFF
This company is a RIP OFF. The massager is nothing more than a childs toy. A cell phone vibrates more then this. They claim they will refund your money but you have to pay to ship it back. The return shipping cost more the the massager.. DO NOT BUY THIS.. IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK....

Scam This product is nothing more than a…
This product is nothing more than a vibrator, and if you want to return it be ware of the return policy. Even though they have a US address and was shipped within the US, they won’t refund you unless you ship it to Belgium and they are not responsible for shipping costs. Talk about a big scam. Please don’t buy it. If you must have this product then buy from Amazon, it’s only $39.99????? Makes you wonder
