got it for my mother, she says it's been doing wonders for her neck pain, so I guess it work, only wish shipping was faster (took about a week)

I have been using this since the beginning of September (more than 3 weeks) and I've got to say it really does what they say - yes I was very skeptical, but I had no reason to be, because this really does wonders when it comes to neck pain! Shipping takes around 8 days, wish it was faster but still that's okay
