Unfortunately I did have some problems with the machine at first, but after contacting custumer service they attempted to help me the best way possible. The product was starting to show a lot of progress regarding my neck pain. Customer service was able to offer me a replacement without having to return the damaged one. I have no complaints regarding any aspects of the company.

Had couple questions. Customer service was great. I'm still new into using the product, But so far it's working as it should and was described. Neck and shoulder pian not a 100% gone, but definitely help
