Due to advanced disc degenerative disease and facet’s syndrome, my neck and head are in constant pain. My husband encouraged me to buy your product, and I am shocked at how much it helps! I set the heat on 3, EMS on 3 and vibration on 1. Perfect for me! And the built in timer is an added convenience. I highly recommend. Ps my name is Denise Norwood. Samuel is my son.

Great Device
This worked for me from the first go, I have had chronic neck pain for the past 15 years and I find that this device softens up my neck muscles which normally restricts a lot of my movement and relieves the pain. I have recently started fitness training again and I use it beforehand to loosen and warm up my neck, a quick 15min pre-training ritual has left me with significantly less post-training stiffness.
