Really works!
I purchased 2 hugterras. One for me & 1 for a gift. 1 have used mine everyday and it actually works. There was a vibration defect in one of them. I contacted support about the issue. They responded swiftly and agreed to replace my product.

Problem with massager
When I received my massager, I had a problem with the massager. I sent out an email to Hugterra They responded to me the same day. The problem was straightened out to my liking. As far as I'm concerned Hugterra is very good company to do business with.

Device is pretty simple
Device is pretty simple. The link to more info was very helpful. We haven't used it enough to say more yet, but it seems to do what it says. Looking forward to better posture.

Very well made helps just as stated to relieve pain
Each time I have used the machine it has helped significantly in relieving the headache and neck aches I have had chronically. I had an opportunity to speak with the support team and they have been exceedingly helpful, replied back very quickly with in hours. Very impressed with both the item and the service.

Hugterra neck macjine
I have had neck pain from a surfing session that has lasted over a year . I’ve tried physical therapy, injections and massage. Since using this new machine for about a week I have seen significant pain reduction in my neck where it feels almost back to normal. I could feel the results after the first couple of sessions. For those having neck pain this could be a great option to try for it has worked very well for me. I also used shock wave therapy which was helpful as well for about 6 months from a Chiropracter. If you are experiencing neck pain it is worth trying this machine as another option. I felt like I was always stretching my neck and that has almost come to a stop now

Love the product
Love the product. Worked first day for me. Soothed my sore neck. Did stop working after a few weeks but customer service is send a new one for free. Great customer service.
