The neck massager didnt turn on didnt hold a charge complete garbage waste of money and time. Do not buy this garbage

Dishonest Company
Dishonest, non-transparent company. They say they offer a 60 day money back guarantee (the only reason I bought a pillow). They list a US address on their website in Delaware but don't tell you that you need to ship the pillow back to Belgium (if this is even true). They offer you 30% back instead of 100% if you don't want to pay shipping costs. (aka about $20). I wish I read the other reviews before buying. Some people never even get a real address to ship the pillow back to. Trust Pilot even flags them as not using their reviews Transparently on their site. Red flags all around.

"Looks like a scam" hopefully it was only my concern!
The item has been ordered since September. The Hugterra staff had prolonged the delivery cause of my address, after two months of delay they asked for US address, after I provide them with US address they still play round with my order. No money which is back guaranteed is provided into my account! All this looked like scam. But now I'm waiting the order to be delivered in the right address in US after prompt answer from Hugterra that my claim is being processed through carrier GOFO and thanking also to 'trust pilot' I'm in good way to recapitulate my concerns and finally get the proper service I thought I've lost. Sorry for any inconvenience!

I ordered the Hugterra Massage Belt for…low back pain
I ordered the Hugterra Massage Belt for low back pain. It came with a small instruction book with very little instructions. There are these green menthol pads that I had no idea what to do with them. After using it several times, I was very disappointed in the product. The noise level when you are using it is crazy! After reaching out to customer service, the only thing they said was they were sorry and the cost to return the product would be huge since it is made out of the country. I received a minimal refund which wasn't even half of what I paid for it and was told to keep the product. Trustpilot, which is reputable business review site, red flagged this company for false reviews. Certain hugterra links take me to a page that is not able to be opened. Again, makes me think this is a sure way to take customer money from them with a quick apology, too expensive to mail back for a full refund. So they just conned and deceived me and I would not ever order from this company again!!

I order the hugterra
I order the hugterra. I have yet to receive my product. I keep asking for a refund and all I told is that its being investigated. I am still waiting for my refund. I am highly disappointed and I most likely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

This product is a scam
This product is a scam, they advise 60 days to return and that buyer pays return. Then when you ask for a return they tell you that you have to mail it to Belgium and it will be really expensive so they recommend keeping it and they will send you 30% back. When you ask for the address to return it to so that you can figure out how much the return will actually cost, they provide an invalid address.

Hugterra doesn't work save your money
Hugterra doesn't work save your money, after 48 hours of using hugterra, I tried to call their number to initiate a return. Sorry no phone calls accepted you have to send an email. I had to send two emails before they responded and wouldn't you know it their return facility is in Europe. Hugterra was real quick to point out in the fine print returns are paid for by the customer and returns to Europe or real expensive. Here's what we can do for you you can keep the hugterra and will give you a 30% refund that's all you will end up with by returning it.

Buyer Beware!
High priced piece of junk. Remote did not work so I couldn't tell if the unit worked as advertised. They did send me a new remote after I submitted a 5 Star review at their request. By the time I got the new remote the unit wouldn't hold a charge. Returns are too costly to Belgium and I asked for a refund. They offered 30% of the cost and I accepted though I wasn't happy.
