The device seems to help the pain…
The device seems to help the pain radiating from my neck. And they have been helpful with an issue that my device had, offering to replace it for me.

Wonderful customer service and love my Hugterra neck device.
The customer service at Hugterra is excellent. I experienced trouble in receiving my neck device because of an incorrect address. When I reached out to them, the customer service department was very prompt and immediately researched my order. The problem got resolved promply, and i was very happy. I love my neck device, don't know how I got along without it.

My husband wanted us to buy this…
My husband wanted us to buy this product and try it out. So we did. He absolutely was loving it and it helped with his neck ROM and tightness. I also used it on some people and they love the product. The neck actually cracked on a couple of them after using the product which was awesome. It goes deep. Unfortunately it did stop working, but after reaching out to the company, they are replacing it. We don't want to go without it, so glad to be receiving a replacement. It helped so much. Great product for sure.

I absolutely LOVE the neck massager and…
I absolutely LOVE the neck massager and neck pads for pain relief. I use the neck massager for my neck, low back, and even for my abdomen. I had some issues with the original one I received, and the company was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this product!

After several years of intermittent…
After several years of intermittent pain stemming from my neck, this hugterra neck device has helped to reduce the intensity, the frequency and the duration of my discomfort. I would often have been awoken by painful sensations in my hands and much to my skeptical surprise this has been largely mitigated. I now use the terms as occasional discomfort rather than more frequent pain.

It's really works
After using this messenger my neck pain seems to feel somewhat better .tho my charging port became broken and I'm told a replacement is going to be sent .it works just need to solve this little delema .
