Returned policy
I ordered the device for my neck pain. I seem to have some discomfort with using it. I decided this might be too much for me. After contacting the company they returned my call in a reasonable time and offered me a refund. I do thank them for their understanding and help.

I ordered the Hugterra neck massager
I ordered the Hugterra neck massager, however it did not last long. BUT, the company made it right and sent me a replacement.
