The neck massager has done wonders for me. You'll feel the effectiveness right away, loosening the tightness in the neck, shoulder and upper back. If you travel a lot, as I do, be sure to keep tabs on the remote!

My neck issue is beyond what the product can help with (pinched nerve requiring medical attention) but it still feels good. When the product shipped the remote controller was not working properly. After a short back-and-forth with support they sent me a new one (granted, it took about a month to receive) that worked perfectly. I'm satisfied with their support. I would recommend talking to a health professional to see if this product is right for you, however, before purchasing.
