What I discovered about Hugterra
I discovered something about Hugterra. My experience was a journey into customer care. I discovered that Hugterra cares, DEEPLY CARES, about the quality of their product, the promptness of product delivery & the quality of customer care. Hugterra demonstrated while addressing the customer's concerns, that they will assure & reassure, until you feel HEARD. Hugterra promptly answers through emails, dives into the facts & digs through the rubble, until the concern of the customer is addressed - to the customer's satisfaction. I found the Hugterra team to be professional, patient & enlisted more than one department to help me. They have unique problem solving skills, showed great perseverance & they "follow-through". Their product is great, but products need customer care that backs those products. And you will find it with Hugterra.

Neck pain 😢
I started having neck pain a few months ago. Tried massage and traction with no luck. I ordered hugterra and stated using in every night and noticed I was feeling less stiffness and pain. I would recommend trying this product.

I received the pillow with massager and…
I received the pillow with massager and pillow didnt work as i hoped. The quality was nice but seemed to flat for me. I reached out to the company and responded really quickly. The offered a refund and was pleasant to work with. I appreciated all their help. Nice company.

The neck massager has done wonders for…
The neck massager has done wonders for me. You'll feel the effectiveness right away, loosening the tightness in the neck, shoulder and upper back. If you travel a lot, as I do, be sure to keep tabs on the remote!

Nice unit...
I like that the neck massager has heat and vibration. Those features were terrific. I also like the unit's design: instead of hard plastic, they use a softer/foam-like material, which was nice. I also liked the USB-C rechargeable battery with a remote control. Unfortunately, I have had two cervical fusions over the years. The angle, height, etc., was a little too aggressive for my comfort. There's no problem with the device...it did what they said it would. It's just that in my case (spine issues are unique to each person), I wasn't able to use it like I wanted. When I contacted the company, they immediately responded and discussed return options with me. Based on the product design and the excellent customer service, I'm giving this a 5-star rating.
