I tried this item and it was not as comfortable for me since I have a tight neck and shoulders. The customer service department was very helpful and responded to my concerns via email quickly. Even though I was not able to get a full refund according to the contract, since the item came in to the US internationally and would have cost more than the item to ship back, the CSR offered me a credit for part of the order and I can give it to someone I know.

I have a particularly bad neck situation and have tried many options. I hesitated a bit at first to purchase the Hugterra as most contraptions cause more pain. But because of the return policy I went ahead. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. However they have been particularly helpful in assisting me with the return so I would still recommend the purchase even if you have some doubts.

Well , I was skeptical at first . The arrival time was longer then advertised . But I am a patient person. Now I been using the device for almost a week daily for 15 min . My headaches are gone . And the pain in my neck radiating to my shoulders is gone . Amazing for sure ! Had this pain for a few years now and Coro massages only helped shortly . Is this the answer ??? Time will tell , and I found new hope .

My wife loves the product and it is helping. Unfortunately the charging cord has broke. I have emailed, messaged on website, and called with no response. I just need a new cord and it would be a 5 star review.

As someone with bulging c5-c6, I was looking for a better way to mitigate the chronic pain. I'd been to chiropractors and done physical therapy to minimal relief. And the prescription drugs were a joke. Recently had my first steroid shot when I was looking into this weird blue device. I took a bet on it, expecting dissatisfaction and frustration. One week since the purchase, I've had notably less pain in my neck, arms and shoulders. I actually recommend the Hugterra heat massager and intend to keep on using it as much as I can.
