Impressed with company…
I am giving Hugterra five stars because they were honest in their refund. Also the timely matter of response. I unfortunately didn’t need the item but with the amount of information given I’m sure it works well.

Love this device!
I have been using the product for a couple of months and have had significant improvements in the pain and mobility of my neck. The charger cord broke and I reached out to them to replace it and they are sending me a new one promptly. I use the massager on a daily basis and will continue to do so as I have seen its benefits first hand.

Years ago I was in a car wreak and…
Years ago I was in a car wreak and whiplashed really bad. Ever since I've had a stiff neck and a lot of pain. The Hugterra has given me a lot of relief and I use it almost daily.

Great product and support
I had suffered with arthritic neck pain and headaches for a couple of years, and I actually took physical therapy as well. Therapy helped, but after daily use for a couple of weeks with the Hugterra product, my neck pain and headaches were even more improved. I recently had a technical issue with the product, and the support team were very helpful in resolving it for me.
