Great company! I have the neck device and it works very well for both my husband and I. I also have the pillows. They work really well for me but my husband didn’t care for it. So they refunded the money for the one pillow. The massage belt didn’t really work for me and I find that they work on customer service, which is very important for me.

I had ordered the Hugterra Massage Belt, and by the time it got here my spine Dr had been able to get a tens unit for me for free through insurance. When I explained this to them, and the struggles I had been facing, they offered me a 50% refund and I get to keep the belt! I have never been treated so kindly by a company who doesn't even know me! I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pain! Their products are great!
