Great customer service
Great customer service. The belt is light weight, the heat could stay on longer but it’s a safety feature. The massage features are nice and you can move around if needed although it’s recommended that you relax. Didn’t help tremendously with my sciatica though.

The vibrations and compressions really…
The vibrations and compressions really help relieve my sciatica. The belt is well designed and it targets the right spots .

They were very responsive
They were very responsive, I did not recognize that I needed an extension belt. The belts massage and heat and compression was helpful for my lower back pain. I had to lay on it since I did not have the extension but felt some immediate relief

I have issues with my neck and lower…
I have issues with my neck and lower spine. Hugterra Massager helped in easing the pain that is triggered by neck. Thank you !

I reached out to customer service to return the device, as it just didn't help my neck pain. They could not have been more helpful and responsive and worked with me to obtain a refund.
