The initial unit did not work, but if I leave this review, they will exchange the entire unit for free. I sure hope the new one works, it looks amazing

Really happy with my purchase from HugTerra! The massager works great. The heat and vibration settings feel amazing and really help me relax after a long day. My husband actually came across this product doing some research for a herniated disc in my lower back. Honestly was willing to try anything to help it!! Have had this around 2 weeks now and have loved it! It is far more comfortable than any other one out there and the heat and vibration help a ton! Absolutely best purchase I have made in a while!
