I ordered the neck massager
I ordered the neck massager, and unfortunately, it did not work for me as I needed it to. However, the company worked with me to meet a satisfactory and mutual situation where I would receive partial refund and I was able to pass off this massager as a gift to a friend Friend, who I believe this neck massager will work for her. Thank you Hugterra for the quick delivery, refunding part of my money, and allowing me to bless somebody else that deals with neck issues. I appreciate your customer service and your speedy delivery. Although this did not help my issue…
Although this did not help my issue customer service was great in instructing me how to receive a refund. I will pass the item to someone else and hope it helps them!

They were quick to resolve my problems…
They were quick to resolve my problems and questions. My husband broke his neck and this did not seem to help it, but great company to work with. Thanks.

Great Company
I received the Hugterra massage belt very promptly. The belt is very well made, and the fitment was great. (6' 3" 210lbs). The belt was great, but my situation ended up being a substantial back injury, that would unfortunately require medical attention. Customer service was great! They worked with me on the purchase price of the belt, and allowed me to keep it too! Talk about getting the cake and eating it too. Thx Hugterra!

I ordered the neck massager in October
I ordered the neck massager in October. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. Customer Service was very helpful with my questions. While the massager did not help my particular neck issue, I passed it along to a good friend and she is finding it very helpful.

Customer service was incredible
Customer service was incredible. Neck massage was a bit small for me and they were able to quickly respond and rectify the situation! Amazing company!

I ordered the back belt
I ordered the back belt, it came quick. Unfortunately it was not something my situation benefitted from. I went to return and the customer service was amazing and so quick to help me. So courteous and understanding. Thanks

Item recieved as expected
Item recieved as expected and worked as advertised. I used for a period of time, unfortunately, this was not the right product for my neck issues.
