They have excellent customer service that is invested in helping the customer have the best experience possible. The machine works as advertised!

5 star for customer service
5 star for customer service. This item came well packaged and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the product, but it does operate as advertised. They offered to a partial refund and allowed me to keep the item. I will update my review if I run into any issues.

Customer service is great. They definitely want to keep their customers happy. My husband likes sleeping with the contour pillow.

Good health investment
Felt hard, uncomfortable at first but after a few days, I was use to it, even look forward to the stretch and massage. A good health investment.

The product works as expected but just isn't what I needed. Customer Service is great
The product works as expected but just isn't what I needed. Customer Service team worked with me for a solution that made a refund super easy. Hugterra let me keep the item and gave me a partial refund. I can now gift the item to someone else.
