Hub Group Last Mile Transport – DO NOT USE This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I paid for White Glove Service and was shocked when only one man showed up — completely unprepared and struggling with my furniture. He damaged my walls and staircase, and it was clear this job needed a team, not a single person. They arrived at 6:30 PM and didn’t leave until 10:30 PM. It was a nightmare from start to finish. The service was careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful of both my time and my home. To make matters worse, when I tried to follow up, they just put me on hold or ignored my calls entirely — I suspect they’re using caller ID to avoid answering. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction, damage to property, or honoring the service they promise. Never again — I PROMISE.

If there was a way to give a negative 5, I would. This company cost me $5K. AFTER their drivers PURPOSELY broke a $2K vanity, they showed up and backed an overweight class B truck down my driveway collapsing the driveway. Once I made the report ON THE DAY IT OCCURED, their adjusters went on vacation, and then DENIED the claim saying it was reported more than 10 days after. THIS IS A SCAM. This company needs to be REMOVED from Home Depots carriers! They need to LOSE their shipping license, DOT and Maritime paying attention?

This is a horrible business. They provided a four hour delivery window and then an hour after the window texted to say they would arrive in another 30 minutes. When I called to reschedule delivery they told me maybe they could get it to me four days later. Not sure what kind of business practice this is but it's pretty unacceptable. I would avoid using these people and any business that uses them for delivers.

After reading some of the reviews on this site I was not sure what to expect with my future Hub Group pick up. Once Home Depot provided my info to Hub Group, I received an email asking me to choose a pick-up date. The day before the pick-up, I received an email and a text from Hub Group verifying the pick-up window and confirming the date. The day of the pick-up, Hub Group's driver called me 40 minutes before the pick-up to once again confirm. The pick-up person was courteous. I then received an email 40 minutes later from Hub Group stating that my item had been picked-up. I had a great experience!

It's been two weeks. I've been calling both Hub Group and Home Depot to pick up a large 72" vanity that was damaged on shipping. NOTHING! They keep telling me I will receive an email to confirm and it never comes. I call daily and nothing happens. This is awful. Husband says he is going to have some guys load it into a trailer and he is taking it to Home Depot himself and demanding a refund. This is insane! It cost me $2000.00. I ordered a second one because I needed it for our renovation. Now, I need that money. This is insane! Do not utilize this shipper, if at all possible. Terrible.

This company is ridiculous. Been trying over a month for them to pickup my return from home depot. They schedule and never arrive. Empty promises after promises. I wonder if there is a legal way to escalate this. No company should be this bad at a simple return pickup.

I had to use them because of The Home Depot and Lowes. But oh boy, they are really bad, had an appointment at 1:00 p.m for three orders and two of the drivers showed up at 10:00 a.m, not respecting the appointments scheduled by them. And now the third pickup they rescheduled it for the next day in the morning. If we get missed for The Home Depot or Lowes we get fines, and because of them we can get in trouble with our business partners.

Home Depot return with 2 missed scheduled appointments. I had to call out of work the first time and they no showed for an appointment window that THEY gave to me. Customer service told me that the particular station that serviced my area was having problems but now that I see all the reviews with similar experiences I see that this is this company as a whole that is a disaster. After scheduling a second appointment they no showed again with no call, email or anything. My refund for my damaged product from Home Depot is contingent upon this company picking up and returning the item so it baffles me why Home Depot (a reputable company) would partner with such a terrible company and give their customers such a bad experience. As consumers we need to band together and petition Home Depot, Wayfair, or whatever other company uses this horrible company to end their business dealings with them.
