I cancelled my subscription and you have taken a purchase after I cancelled it. Hubble contact lenses dry my eyes out and are not comfortable to wear.

The contacts were absolutely horrible and customer service was a joke. Do not buy these under any circumstances. My eye doctor told me the same thing, they are made from old contacts. Still waiting for my refund from sending contacts back that were shipped from over a month ago

hubble has gone above and beyond my expectations. my daughter recently had a fitting issue with her right contact lens that made it difficult for her to see out of. i contacted customer care about my concern & EVERYONE i spoke with treated this issue as though it was happening to their daughter! in such a fast paced world, people tend to forget it’s a human with feelings you are dealing with and not a dollar sign. the level of care we were shown was genuine....thank you, hubble

Really disappointed with the service. I tried to cancel the payments through my online account but could not do this. Sent an email to customer services requesting cancellation. They refused to do this despite sending all my details! Ended up having to ring up but by this time that had already taken a payment from my account - so frustrating!

Tried to cancel my subscription 2 times and have hopefully done it successfully a third time. The customer service was rude/disrespectful and unhelpful. Just severely disappointed with this company
