AVOID. Firstly: the contact themselves. They've dried my eyes, gave me shooting pains in one eye, they're very poor quality, the liquid they come in doesn't feel enough. Secondly, the experience. No, it's not a scam, but they do take your money too quickly after you've signed up for a free sample, and it's incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. IF YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED AND DIDN'T WANT ANYMORE, DON'T OPEN THE BOX. You can send it back and they will refund you, if you hassle them a bit.

Im doing you a personal favour, DO NOT BUY through Hubble. Shipping kills this service, I ordered the trial and it took 10 days for the contacts to arrive. I should have cancelled then but by the time I got them my card was charged for the month supply. The contacts themselves were dry and uncomfortable and for literally the same price per pair you can get MUCH better quality lenses. The customer service can’t help you with much, I called to cancel on oct. 16th but I had to wait for the contacts to arrive...which today November 7th they still have not. Then I have to send them back with ultra slow shipping and wait upto 30 days after THAT to get my money back. So do yourself a favour and skip these guys, the concept is great but slow shipping kills it.

It would have gotten a 5 star from me if you had correction for astigmatism in your lenses I love that they come in the mail every month and I have a fresh pair every day It eliminates the protein build up that bothers my eyes with monthly contacts

After sending several emails about cancelling and getting a refund, I gave them a call yesterday and was told that my subscription will be cancelled. During the call, I was also informed that I should receive confirmation about the cancellation. The lady also advised she would send a screenshot of my account as I was very sceptical. I waited 24 hours and did not receive any email about my cancellation nor did I receive a screenshot of my account. I called again this afternoon and requested that the customer service agent send a screenshot of my account to confirm cancellation right there and then. She did so immediately. I will give an update if anything changes. Until then, I am pursuing a refund and will continue to advise all to stay away from them. There are unreliable and unprofessional. You are better off with a monthly subscription from specsavers.

Amazing! Very convenient service as an order is automatically placed each month and the lenses are more affordable than most and very comfortable!

Good so far. Only had one bad contact out of two shipments.

Terrible customer service, tried to cancel my subscription and when I tried to return the parcel it wasn't accepted to any post office. I called and they told me to put it into a letterbox with no proof of postage and no reassurance that it will be received. I was charged £30 for these contacts which I cannot use. Very disappointed.
