Great contacts, great value! Excellent service!

Stupid to get contacts elsewhere.

First of all this is an this inferior product. After receiving my first shipment and wearing my first pair of lenses the first shipment of contacts I tried I noticed right away that the feel of these contacts was noticeable and the blurriness I had experienced wearing these. I guess you do get what you pay for. Secondly, I sent a message to stop sending me more but I kept receiving more boxes and getting charged for them. There seems to be no way to contact this company nor a return policy.

Beim Kauf eines Probe-Pakets kam es automatisch mit einem Abo daher. Informationen darüber habe ich nicht erhalten, auch keine E-mail als ungewünscht eine neue Packung versendet wurde. Mitbekommen habe ich es nur durch ine Abbuchung auf meinem Konto. Jetzt muss ich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr zahlen, um die von Anfang an nicht gewünschte oder autorisierte Bestellung zurück zu senden. Nie wieder!

Hubble is always timely on delivering contacts, and they are effective contacts! They are a little thicker than the brand name ones I’ve used, but they are great quality for what you pay for.

Not an easy cancel, the lenses look quality, however my base curve is different and they have no way to switch it

Convenient and easy and cheap

The concept of Hubble is great, but I didn't find the contacts to be high quality. They made my eyes feel dry after just a few hours of use and somehow weren't as clear as my usual contacts. You HAVE to call in to cancel your subscription but if you forget to do that, good luck with the refund process. They charged me automatically after a trial period and it took over 2 months for them to refund me for the order that I did not put in. I spoke to 3 representatives, the first two did NOTHING for me, and while the third was friendly, he wasn't able to refund me the full amount. Don't do it.
