I have been so pleased with their service and customer service. My son is an out of state college student and his contacts are mailed to him directly. He was due to receive his December supply but had already left to come home. My concern was his contacts sitting outside in his mailbox for a month. Hubble was so kind to send a new monthly shipment to our home address without any additional charge. Thank you so much Hubble....you've got our business.

I like my contacts. I do not like the fact that within each box there is not a contact number or email address so I could contact them if I needed to. I am currently not needing more boxes for a couple of months. I do not know how to contact them. They do not send emails every month or anything.

Got the three dollar trial did not like the product didn’t fit my eyes. But when I tried canceling the subscription I still got charged time and time again. Had to end up canceling my credit card and getting a new one to get it to stop.

The lenses are a good & affordable option. It can be a little difficult to resolve matters that don’t fit the ‘completely online model’. Also, the fact that returns of unopened lenses must be in the original unopened SHIPPING BOX is not logical. Who doesn’t open mail when received?
