Customer service is awful. I've tried reaching out by email (because that's all you allow people to do) and never received a response back. Ended up going over a week without contacts because of it. My prescription expired and your website wouldn't allow me to update it. Tried reaching out multiple times until I decided to use another email address of mine and start a new account. Your lack of response got me more free contacts though since I had to set up a new account so, thanks!

I absolutely love Hubble!!!! I wouldn't switch for anything. I have extremely dry eyes and with using these I haven't had one problem. Make the switch! It's worth it!!! Thanks Hubble contacts, you're the best!!!!

Contacts are lower quality. Sometimes I have to wear multiple pairs in a day. I also have received the wrong prescriptions before. I had to wait an additional week before the problem was fixed.

Hubble Contacts has been easy to use and reliable. The contacts are great and affordably priced. When our credit card number was changed and I forgot to update it to the new number on the Hubble website, I promptly received an email from them saying how the credit card info needed to be re entered and within minutes the order was processed and on its way. Easy, fast and great product. Recommend highly.
