They're great, affordable contacts that I will continue to buy.

The only reason this has a star is because it was necessary to write a review. This company is horrible. I did not receive my first box. So I called. (From multiple different numbers) No answer. I was billed 3months straight after that. Yes you can alter the frequency you get the contacts but there is no way to cancel the subscription in you “profile”. They will not issue a refund. This company is the scum bin the bottom of my boot. Do not buy do not pass go do not collect $200. It is a scam and my level of pisstivity with company is at an all time high!

It would be nice if there was a more convenient way to cancel subscriptions, other than having to call a number and ve put on hold. No notification given when prices went up. No shipping info given when contacts are shipped to the customer.

Me han cobrado 3 meses y nunca me han llegado las lentillas. Es verdad que en la letra pequeña pone que luego te empiezan a cobrar. Pero a mi es que ni siquiera me llegaron las lentillas de prueba y ya empezaron a cobrarme las de la "suscripción". Espero que si las 3 que he pagado al menos sean de buena calidad, cuando las tenga daré mi opinión sobre la calidad de las lentillas, que aunque sean económicas debería de cumplir unos estándares mínimos. Actualización Llamé a atención al cliente y me hicieron el reembolso sin problemas.

Always on time, easy to use and dispose of, very affordable. Wouldn't try another brand and this is my first yr using contacts!!

Very quick service and easily navigated!

I like the idea of a daily lens, but these are not the most comfortable on the eye. It is convenient that it auto ships, but I never get a notification they are coming or an opportunity to delay. Just got a box yesterday and I am no where close to needing them yet.

I was really excited to have affordable contacts, and they are! But they aren't current technology nor are they for people with astigmatism. My RX had my right eye astigmatism included in it, but my contacts sent me sure don't. Then, I looked at the "info" area on the website and there is a one-liner about not providing contacts with astigmatism prescriptions... but I've been getting them sent to me for MONTHS.
