I signed up on the bases these were £24 +ship ( so £27 ) I’ve now had £30 taken from my bank account not £27 . Won’t respond to my emails . I will be cancelling awful company

I like that they ship straight to me, and I can choose to opt out for a month if I have plenty at that time. I've had no issues with the quality either, they're comfortable all day.

The produce is excellent. The people are wonderful with a little patience for the language difference required. Would advise anyone to try them.

I feel like I was being charged and shipped contacts more frequently than I had requested, so I changed it very recently. I also feel like the contacts are hit or miss. Either they're fine, or they're not... when they're not, they're blurry just an hour or two after putting them in and not long after, they feel like they're rubbing and extremely dry. I have started carrying re-wetting drops with me because of this. I understand they're daily wear, but I can't wait to get home from working my 8.5 hour shifts to get them out, sometimes. I'm looking into changing providers.

I’ve worn contacts since I was in grade school, and I truly have not loved my contacts this much ever. Thanks Hubble for making wearing contacts easy and simple. I’ve been using the service for about 6 months, and they always arrive on time! Haven’t had a bad pair yet.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. They irritated my eyes during the trial. I called and cancelled. I continue to receive them and I'm charged every month. Every month I write return to sender. I had to call to get my $$ put back in my acct. They still owe me for 4 months and they deduct shipping off the credit. I'm trying to get my last 4 months credits and then I will tell my bank not to allow any more charges from them. It has been a constant fight and still owed 4 months. $$. They'll probably try to deduct $$ again. I really want to report them.

I was surprised by the ease at ordering, the excellent quality of the lenses, the prompt delivery of the lenses and the reliability of delivery. I live the Hubble concept and haven’t considered any other since my first box arrived!
