Wish it was easier to cancel. Instead I have to call when owning a business and working a 2nd part time job I don't have time to set on phone for hours
Response from Hubble ContactsMar 19, 2019
Hi Kristina, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I understand that our cancellation policy may not be ideal for everyone's schedule, but we do have remarkably low wait times to speak with a phone operator, and the call should not take more than just a few minutes of your time. If you find that you need more time to call in, you can always log into your Hubble account to adjust the date of your next scheduled order. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at [email protected]! Best, Vanessa

I don't wear contacts everyday, so when I called Hubble to cancel my subscription they explained how to put a hold on my order until I needed more contacts. Like the fact that I only have to get what I need.

Hi Phyllis, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so happy to hear that you're taking advantage of this feature! We're here to make the contact lens process as convenient as possible for you :) Best, Vanessa
Michael
The worse contacts I’ve ever had. The quality was terrible felt like cheap hard plastic. They dried out my eyes because they use very old contact materials that current companies don’t use(hence why it was cheap as heck). Not breatheable and very uncomfortable because of the bad quality materials
Jowie
My eyes feel great all day long. The dailies make it nice to put a fresh new pair of contacts in each day. Very convenient to have them mailed directly to my door. The Price is very reasonable. Thank you Hubble!
