The contacts seem to be of good quality. This service is convenient. It’s a little weird that they don’t need your doctor’s info, but everything else seems to be good.

I wish there was an email sent out saying when the payment date would be...since it’s every 28 days. I would prefer it to be the same date every month. Contacts are great! Love them coming in the mail and having s fresh pair every day.

Constantly gets the date wrong for shipping even with repeated corrections. Website could use some work, especially with the date of shipping. Each time i've had to change the date I also have to email them because it's never corrected. Then i'm told it's corrected and then I get the mail and there are more lenses on the wrong date. Contacts are decent but sometimes a pair just doesn't fit well so they are wasted. Raised prices which makes them less of a good value.

It would definitely be a 5 if you all could send an email a week or 2 before taking the money out or at least a receipt after you take the money like most companies. Besides that y’all are great!
