Poor customer service
Poor customer service, hassle way to cancel, and I never got a refund for returned contacts

Convenient. Great customer service
I love the convenience of ordering online and having them shipped. Customer service has been excellent the couple of times I have needed to call and change my delivery schedule. Only suggestion would be to have other options on website to alter delivery schedule to a custom time.

You can’t speak to a live person when…
You can’t speak to a live person when you have a problem, everything was done via email which is so impersonal when your trying to explain. I received a response to this posting. Also the customer service agents never advised that I can speak to a live person.

I never run out
I never run out , it's always good to have a fresh pair everyday 😊 nd it would also be cool if we could get different colored contacts if we wanted .

VERY GOOD QUALITY CONTACTS FOR PRICE. NO PROBLEMS, HAVE RECEIVED BAD CONTACTS THAT WOULD NOT FIT MY EYES ONLY 1 OR 2 TIMES. I HAVE BEEN WEARING CONTACTS FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE. TOMMY GLADSON,

Poor quality
Poor quality. I couldn't see clearly when wearing them. Took several attempts to finally get them to cancel subscription. Dont like that they dont provide phone number to customer service on website. Would not recommend.
