Awesome contacts
Awesome contacts and so much cheaper than others. Great delivery times to pick from for someone that does not wear contact everyday or faster for ones that do. My niece is ordering now from them. She loves it too!

the size was never right
the size was never right, over charged. now plenty boxes of hubble contacts, I don't need. the money I wasted unknowingly is what bugs too...

Very drying
Very drying. Materials used to make contacts are lower grade causing irritation to eyes. Customer Service is very scripted and not geared to solutions.

Customer service has been very good
Customer service has been very good! Quality of the contacts are good for the price! It’s nice to have them delivered every month

Tried to cancel twice
Tried to cancel twice. Got emails saying my subscription was cancelled. After a couple months all of a sudden I started getting charged and getting contacts again. Called and talked to someone and then got another shipment 🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible
Horrible ! Charged my credit card numerous times after i canceled 4 times!!! Contacts had no prescription !!!
