I love them since day 1! It’s been a year already! Very convenient! My eyes love it more!

I tried to cancel my subscription. I didn’t receive a box for 10 months, and then was suddenly charged 33 dollars for a box. It was shipped to an address I no longer live at. I called to tell them that, and their wise words were “well you can go to the address it was shipped to and request it back.” I live in another state.... I then also mentioned that the prescription they sent to the house in a wrong state after I cancelled it was the wrong prescription and even if I drove 6 hours to the house, requested a package back, and obtained the contacts, they can not go into my eyes. The customer service agent said “that’s too bad...” and asked if there was anything else she could do for me.... Useless. Expensive. Worthless contacts. Horrible costumer service. Awful website. Just don’t. Don’t do it. Go to literally ANY other website and you’ll be doing better.

Over-priced contacts, intentionally difficult to cancel

They don't cost a lot. That is the only good thing. They are not comfortable compared to what is currently available. Plus, my close up vision is impaired when they are in. They are not good. Oh, and they are really hard to quit. Thank god my credit card expired because they just kept sending them after I asked them not to. Move on!

Absolutely love Hubble. I’ve never had an issue with their contacts and it’s so convenient to not have to keep ordering. I know I’ll get a new shipment before I run out. It’s one less thing I have to do.

I think it is hard to contact the company & change anything on your account but I love the product and love the convenience I’ve never had any problems with the product just when I’ve changed the shipping dates or frequency I feel like it’s complicated

Love it so convenient and inexpensive. I would prefer an email to get reminded my contacts on way but that could be something I haven’t setup yet
