Over the last year Hubble's quality has improved so much so that I bought a year's supply! I am 100% satisfied with the quality and the value and my overall experience. I will continue to be a loyal Hubble customer as long as the product maintains the excellent quality that it has today.

This company has wonderful customer service no doubt . Any issues I’ve had they have taken care of. The contacts don’t last all day they dry out really fast, but the company has replaced a full month and helped me in anyway possible.

Hi Stacie, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so happy to hear that our team has been good to you, but sorry that you're experiencing some dryness. You may find that over the counter re-wetting drops help with this. If it doesn’t work, I would recommend speaking with your eye care professional about this further. Feel free to reach out to my team at [email protected] if there's anything we can help with. Best, Samantha

I enjoy the convenience of monthly delivery and knowing I won't be out of contacts. The price is also reasonable. Changes to my plan or billing are easy via the website. There are two issues that frustrate me with my Hubble lenses: the maddening packaging, and the lower quality of material. First the packaging—I've been a customer for several months and I still have yet to perfect the art of contact pod-snapping. Usually I'm squeezing too hard and stuff is squirting... it's really like a bad porn. The contact pods aside, I wish the lenses were of slightly higher quality; they dry out rather quickly (8 - 10 hours for me) and no amount of coaxing from Systane will truly make them feel like a fresh pair. To be fair, I am accustomed to daily wear monthly replaceable contacts and had been on an ultra-premium brand. So there's the sad news: as much as I like what you're doing, you're replaceable. Sorry. :(

I have called three times to cancel my subscription. Each time I have been talked into just putting a hold on the account for a few months. All three times near the end of the call the service representative gets “disconnected” and I recieve a box that month.
