Lisa
It’s taking way too long to receive my contacts. They’re going from one side of the country to the other and then back to me in Colorado which is not good because who knows if they’re sitting in heat or cold or whatever but it’s taking me almost 2 weeks to get them and it should not take that long.
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 5, 2026
Hi Lisa, we’re really sorry your lenses took longer than expected to arrive. We know how important it is to have your contacts when you need them, and we definitely don’t want you to be left without any. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen again, but just in case, I’ve sent you an extra box free of charge so you’ll have a backup on hand. You can also adjust your delivery frequency through your subscription portal to make sure your future deliveries better match your needs. We really appreciate your patience, Lisa, and hope the extra box helps! Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
