Horrible... I purchased the promo and after trying and not liking the product I cancelled immediately. They kept billing the account even though I never received the products. The product itself is terrible. They felt like they suffocated my eyes. Within an hour of wearing the become very uncomfortable.

The most comfortable contacts I have ever worn. Customer service is great.

Love these contacts. I love that they are a bit harder than other subscription contacts on the market, so getting them on your eyes is MUCH easier. I found that to be very frustrating with my last contact lenses. They typically last an entire day (10-15h) and don't get dry or irritate my eyes. Highly recommend!

This is a great monthly delivery but recently (last two months), the quality of lenses has declined severely. They come out of the package ripped or rip while in eye and are unusable/super inconvenient. This has been the case with at least 8-10 lenses in each box.

Worst experience, I tried canceling my subscription only for them to reactivate it without my knowledge. When I tried contacting them the customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My daughters contacts arrive on time. They are in perfect condition and packaged very well. The fact you can hold them for a month is a great feature.
