Contacts are ok
Poor Customer service . Delivery takes way too long and more Importantly once I cancelled subscription after trial they kept trying to charge my credit card each month, despite me checking each month that it has been cancelled. Not good Hubble. Waldo much better service

I have tried to cancel my subscription…
I have tried to cancel my subscription several times. I have 5 boxes I can't even wear they will not stay in place and the my left eye keeps going blurry.. it isn't my eyes I switched brands and it works wonderful

Contacts are good but are somewhat dry…
Contacts are good but are somewhat dry for my eyes. I like not having to worry about putting my contacts in a case everyday but these do make my eyes dry. I guess you have to pick you battles.

These are the worst quality contacts
These are the worst quality contacts! I cannot see out of them. They frequently arrive dried out and unusable. They are horribly uncomfortable. I have tried to cancel my subscription several times, but the website does not allow for cancellation via it or email with customer support. You have to call directly and who has time for that. I am horribly displeased.

Fast, easy, convenient & affordable. Contacts are comfortable and I love receiving them by mail. Customer service is always helpful and professional!

I like the ease of getting my contacts…
I like the ease of getting my contacts in the mail each month - on time! Every now and then, however, a contact is defective. I haven't yet asked the company about replacing the bad ones, so don't know how they'll respond. ......And now it's been a month since I wrote this review and Hubble completely took care of replacing the defective contacts. Their responsiveness was superb!!
