worst customer service

I hate auto ship. I hate that someone at my address scored new contacts that I paid for.

I like Hubble, however the only issue that I have is that alot of my contact come with tears in them already so I am diminishing my supply of contacts by having to throw them out and I am not truly getting a 30 day supply

Optometrist said I was lucky I didn't end up with an eye infection from using these contacts. Said material is outdated, they are unbreathable, and shouldn't even be legal to sell in the United States. Many of her patients were not as lucky, and even my eyes were starting to show visible effects from wearing them. Not to mention, Hubble traps users into auto-renewal without providing any option to cancel an account online. I had to call customer service to stop my subscription. These are not worth saving a buck.

Love the convenience and prices for my lens.

Hubble is such an easy service and the contacts are amazing! I have bad allergies and these contacts are super comfy to wear!
