I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered my trial and didn't like how the contacts made my eyes super dry by the end of the day. No big deal. I went to skip my next 2 deliveries, deciding I would think about it for the next couple months. Last night I was charged the $40 FOR AN ORDER I HAD SKIPPED. No email saying that I had ordered, nothing. I contacted customer service first thing this morning and was told I couldn't get a refund and she made no effort to help me out. So unprofessional! I am so disappointed and I will NEVER recommend Hubble Contacts! Stay away from this company!

These contacts were very uncomfortable to wear, I noticed immediately when I put them on. I decided to cancel my subscription and explained the issue but the customer service person wasn't too interested and just said it's my fault for ordering contacts that weren't the right size when I had previously gotten the same diameter and circumference as previous brands I've used. I tried to use them again recently since my glasses broke and I constantly got them lost in my eyes. There are so uncomfortable and unwearable.

Far and away the WORST customer service I've received from a small company. And their contacts are absolute garbage. Jagged edges scratched my eyeball. When trying to cancel on the site it didn't go through conviniently, so when I was charged (at 3am) I got on the line at 9 am as soon as they open only to be told my order couldn't be refunded. AT ALL. Stay away from this company. It's a joke.

Love the contacts. So comfortable

I had no issue with the contacts themselves or the delivery; even calling their customer service to cancel with them was of no issue. I think my bank account at the time was just bombarded by automatic subscription payments that I needed to sacrifice to save a little extra cash. I do plan on reordering from them again.

I have been looking for suitable daily contacts forever, and the Hubble ones are perfect for me. This is the only brand that I can wear all day in the office. They do not dry out my eyes, and I generally feel comfortable. So, I was really hoping to stick with them. However... Those guys do not make it easy. I've been trying the service a few times, and you just CANNOT COUNT ON THEM. First time, they would charge me for my order but not send it, then charge for another one (that issue was rectified but still). The tracking system on their website is non-existent. You're charged, but you have no idea if the item had been sent. The system (International parcel tracking) says they had received the info about the shipping, but it had not been shipped. Hubble customer support says it had been shipped... As a result, after nearly 3 weeks of being charged, I still had not received my package. it's impossible to count on them!!! So far, of the 4 packages sent to me, only 2 arrived with no issues/follow ups/ multiple requests to support. Like, REALLY? if I had another option of contacts I could wear, even more expensive, I would have cancelled Hubble for good. But the thing is, I love the contacts, even though I have to wear glasses to an important meeting tomorrow since my package is over a week late. So, if you have another option that works for you, AVOID Hubble. They have good product and good marketing but, unfortunately, it's not enough if you can't get the product.
